Class Registration

The parent must also choose 2 classes in which to be a helper.  Check the Class Schedule for yellow-highlighted boxes that show where helpers are still needed.  Then email your preferences to

Please Note: As part of registration, we must have a signed Membership Form, Covenant Agreement, and Statement of Faith on file.  After you register, we’ll email you a link to fill out/sign these forms electronically.  Please complete these forms as soon as you can to avoid delays in the registration process.

To register your children for the upcoming semester, click the appropriate link BELOW.  You must register every child in your family that will be attending, INCLUDING BABIES, TODDLERS, AND PRESCHOOLERS.  Once you’ve entered your choices, you will receive an automatic reply to confirm that your submission was received successfully.  (Note:  If you don’t get that email, please check your spam folder.  If it’s not there, please contact Zoie Fair to confirm that your request was received.)

Within the next week, your class requests will be processed (if your 1st choice class is full, we will use your 2nd choice).

THEN you will receive a Registration Confirmation email from Zoie listing the classes your children are officially signed up for.

THEN you’ll receive a Paypal invoice via email.  Your registration IS NOT COMPLETE until class fees and membership dues are paid in full. (Class fees are forwarded to the teachers for supplies, and we are unable to do so if parents don’t pay their fees.)  This will need to be paid immediately.  If this is an issue, you will need to contact us for other arrangements.
